Our organization has been working with economically marginalized sections of the society, aimed at improving the health, education, sustainable livelihood, environment and socio-economic conditions of these downtrodden families at the grass root level. Presently we are working on tribal community development under NABARD TDF which aims at sustainable improvement of the livelihood of 529 poor households of Tribal Communities in Kallenahalli, Sasalahatti and Bachaboranahatti villages of Chitradurga Taluk, Chitradurga District, Karnataka. One acre WADI for each of these 424 land holding tribal families will be developed and IGA support to 105 landless families will be provided as they depend on daily wages for their livelihood. The Project aims to develop social and economical status of these vulnerable communities. Further we are working on women empowerment by promoting female education in these areas which also requires kind support from donors.

The major objective of PMKSY is to achieve convergence of investments in irrigation at the field level, expand cultivable area under assured irrigation, improve on-farm water use efficiency to reduce wastage of water, enhance the adoption of precision-irrigation and other water saving technologies (More crop per drop), enhance recharge of aquifers and introduce sustainable water conservation practices by exploring the feasibility of reusing treated municipal wastewater for peri-urban agriculture and attract greater private investment in precision irrigation system
NABARD KfW Soil Health Project
It is a Climate Change Adopt Action program intention to Climate Proofing Agriculture Practices by combating drought by enhancing soil Health, Conserving Water, adopting improved climate-resilient varieties, micro irrigation system Climate change risk mitigation management services, sustainable NRM and livelihood support. This program has benefited 369 Climate change, Vulnerable Farming Families. NALABUND a huge water harvesting system is a major impact successful in harvesting a huge amount of water feeding more than 1.5Lakh livestock population throughout the year and even groundwater table has been increased almost 12 villages groundwater has been recharged
Dry Land Horticulture
Under NABARD WDF program we have distributed 9700 horticulture plant saplings out of which 5200 mango and 4500 Sapota plants have been distributed to farmers. Further training to correctly cultivate these plants were also provided to these farmers.
Nagatihalli watershed is located in Hosadurga taluk of Chitradurga district, which was started in the month of December 2011 under Prime minister special package for distress district through NABARD Watershed Development Fund. The project is being implemented by SPEECH NGO, Chitradurga through Sri Maruthi Village Watershed Committee. The total geographical area of Nagatihali watershed is 1309.21 Ha. Benefited 792 families of Nagatihali, Ittigehali, Agasarahali and Tarikere Villages. This program is helpful in Community initiation and Integrated Watershed development in that area
